In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to open and maintain a kuy4d Account, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under Applicable Law. kuy4d's primary target market is Indonesia; it is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is not prohibited in your specific location.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of kuy4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, another kuy4d Account. Each Member is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on kuy4d or any other gambling platform that would render your participation impermissible.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from the kuy4d Platform for a breach of these Terms.

To access kuy4d's real-money products, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account per Person: kuy4d strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Members found to have opened multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — will have all duplicate accounts suspended, any winnings derived from duplicate accounts voided, and all Bonus Funds forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kuy4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials. You must notify kuy4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

KYC Verification: kuy4d reserves the right to request identity-verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID (KTP), passport, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 7 calendar days of request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. kuy4d applies KYC as standard procedure before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rp 5.000.000.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. kuy4d reserves the right to close any Account, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements.

All financial transactions on the kuy4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kuy4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. kuy4d reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC clearance.

Processing Times: Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's Account within 5 minutes during operating hours (24/7, WIB UTC+7). Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours subject to verification status. Processing times during Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Christmas, and Imlek — may be extended; kuy4d will communicate any known delays via Platform notifications.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. Real-money funds that have never been subject to a bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC clearance and minimum threshold. kuy4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud or money-laundering concerns are identified.

Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. kuy4d may deduct an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month from dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email at least 30 days before inactivity fees commence.

kuy4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Ramadhan. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds — and any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Contribution rates for each product category will be published on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: kuy4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, use of automated betting software, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

All wagers placed on kuy4d are subject to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product, as published on the Platform. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Finality of Wagers: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to review all wager details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers will only be accepted if the Member's Account Balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement. Partial acceptance of wagers is not supported.
• Odds and Prices: All sportsbook odds are subject to change without prior notice until a wager is confirmed. Live (in-play) odds are subject to suspension at any time. kuy4d reserves the right to void any wager placed at an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error or data-feed failure.
• Sportsbook — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager; all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are voided due to event cancellation, the parlay is recalculated as if those legs were not included. Minimum two selections are required for a mix parlay to stand.
• Sportsbook — Asian Handicap (Voor Bola): Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets apply a goal start to the designated team. In the event of a draw after handicap application, stakes are refunded in full. Voor bola markets are available on all BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures listed on the Platform.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the studio's own records, which are final and binding. Any round already in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the dealer's draw.
• RNG Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available from the relevant game studio and are generally displayed in the game's help or information section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuy4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending and settled wagers, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (including under different identities or payment methods).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by kuy4d.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any bug or error discovered must be reported to kuy4d immediately and must not be exploited for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or as part of a syndicate without prior written authorisation from kuy4d.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kuy4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, IP block, or access-control measure implemented by kuy4d through use of a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

All content on the kuy4d Platform — including but not limited to the kuy4d name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kuy4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any kuy4d content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on any Platform content.
• Use any kuy4d trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Game software and content provided on the Platform by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, kuy4d shall not be liable to any Member for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• The outcome of any wager placed on the Platform, including losses resulting from a Member's own betting decisions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including downtime caused by server maintenance, third-party data-feed failures, or force-majeure events.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, Indonesian banking system outages, or regulatory holds.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute betting advice.
• Any technical failure of the Member's own device, internet connection, or software that causes the loss of a wager, a disconnection during a live game, or the inability to place a wager on a desired market.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kuy4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

kuy4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

kuy4d may share Member personal data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game studios) where necessary to provide Platform services, and with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law. kuy4d will not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

kuy4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kuy4d will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Member's Account.

Amended Terms take effect 7 calendar days after the date of notification, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security or compliance matter, in which case changes may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes and claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kuy4d is incorporated and licensed internationally.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between kuy4d and a Member, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. The Member should submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected], including their Account username, a description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. kuy4d will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may escalate the dispute to formal mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by kuy4d. The language of any arbitral proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kuy4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
